I was lost in New Orleans without this app. Easy to use and I can see the bus rolling up on the app before its in sight. The design isnt too shabby either.

Love this app. Use it all the time and its accurate most of the time.

This app makes public trans easy, it connects the buses with the trolleys, you can even set a time in the future to plan your trip around town, super cool, helps me to avoid waiting in the sun at random trolley stops :-)

Have traveled public transit systems the world over and found my way around plenty of cities where I couldnt even read the language. This app is almost useless. The only helpful feature is that is finding nearby stops. Theres no system overview so you cant see how lines connect and the directions/route finder option doesnt work.

Ever since the real-time bus/streetcar tracking was added, this app has rocked. No more guessing if the bus is still coming or already passed. Saves me time and money, and helps me take advantage of my citys public transportation system. I drive so much less now. Get this app!

It would be nice if all I had to do was enter station names for my destination. Names like "French Market Station" and "old US mint" are not recognized by your app when seeking directions for my destination.

Great to have something like this in New Orleans. Makes waiting for the streetcar/bus much more bearable in knowing that one is actually coming and how far away it is with the live GPS data. Great for tourists and locals alike. Not always the most accurate, and there is a slight learning curve to using the interface, but great nonetheless.

Use the station maps this is a waste of $$$

It shows me where Im at on a map. I already knew that. It doesnt show where Im at compared to a street car station.

This app got us Idahoans all around town with ease! Its a must have if you plan to use NOLAs public transportation

Really useful app, however it needs an iOS 7 update for it to have all 5 stars

The real GPS arrival time is not operating, that was the best feature. The schedule is nice but real arrival time is vital

I live in NOLA and I wish I could rely on this app but I keep getting disappointed. I just watched 3 streetcars go by that arent detected on the map. Ive rushed and waited for streetcars that it says is coming but arent. Please fix this app!!

This is the most accurate app for public transportation in NOLA. The user interface is intuitive.

The GPS tracker is invaluable but unreliable, sometimes for days at a time. As another user said, the schedule is nice, but its nothing without being to see exactly what is coming and where it is on the route relative to you. Even when GPS IS working there is usually one bus missing from the route, or the app is tracking the wrong vehicle for your route (i.e. showing a Tchoup bus on the Magazine route view). When the app is at its worst (like today) the GPS only shows one bus on the entire route all day long, even when I know there are four busses in service. PLEASE fix the tracking function. Its the only thing that makes this app worthwhile, and the only thing that makes using NORTA bearable.

There are problems with the tracking feature, but I think this is all based on problems with NORTAs GPS system. The app just interprets open source data from the server. The app is great, its RTA that has issues. Surprise, surprise.

Dont even bother. The directions section never works.

I used this app the entire time I was in NO. Very very helpful!
